Cook the spaghetti pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. drain the pasta and set it aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. add minced garlic and saute until it becomes fragrant and lightly golden.
Add the pitted olives to the pan and toss them with garlic-infused oil for about a minute.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, along with red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper powder. toss everything together to coat the spaghetti with the flavors.
Reduce the heat to low and add the grated cheese to the pan. continue tossing the spaghetti until the cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce.
