Marinate the fish pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. let it sit for 20-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Now, add the marinated fish pieces to the pan and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked and lightly browned.
