How To Cook?

Marinate the fish pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. let it sit for 20-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

In a dry pan, lightly roast the fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) on low heat until fragrant. crush them with your fingers and set them aside.

In a separate pan, heat oil and saut„© the finely chopped onions until they turn golden brown.

Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.

Now, add the marinated fish pieces to the pan and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked and lightly browned.
