To begin making the creamy kasuri methi chicken, wash the chicken breast and fry them in oil or ghee until they turn golden brown. keep them aside.
In the same wok or kadhai, add more oil if needed and add carom seeds, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and bay leaves. let them crackle and release their aroma.
Add finely chopped or ground onions to the wok and saute until the raw smell disappears.
Now add finely chopped garlic and ginger, and saute until they turn golden.
Add the fried chicken to the onion mix and fry on high flames for 2 to 3 minutes.
