How To Cook?

To prepare the tur dal tamarind juice, soak the dal in water for about 30 minutes.

Wash the dal thoroughly with water.

In a pressure cooker, add the soaked dal, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 2 cups of water. pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Turn off the flame and allow the pressure to release naturally.

Soak the tamarind in a bowl of hot water and extract tamarind juice.
