To begin preparing sun-dried sabudana fryums, soak sabudana (tapioca pearls) in enough water for at least 5 hours or overnight. ensure that all the sago is immersed in water while soaking.

After the soaking time, drain the water and keep the soaked sabudana aside.

In a grinder, make a fine paste of green chilies and salt.

Add this green chili paste to the soaked sabudana and mix well.

In a thick-bottomed vessel or pressure cooker, bring 4 cups of water to boil.
