How To Cook?

Pour the milk into a pan and place it over medium heat.

Bring the milk to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, stirring continuously, for 20 minutes.

Continue cooking until the milk reduces to approximately half its original quantity.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the cornflour in 1/2 cup of milk to create a corn slurry.

Add the khoya, corn slurry, and sugar to the simmering milk. cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. remove from heat.
