Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the white sesame seeds to the pan and dry roast them until they turn golden brown and fragrant. remove from heat and set aside.
In the same pan, add the jaggery and coconut oil. stir continuously until the jaggery melts and combines with the oil to form a syrup-like consistency.
Reduce the heat to low and add the roasted sesame seeds to the jaggery syrup. mix well until all the sesame seeds are coated with the syrup.
Grease a flat plate or tray with a little coconut oil to prevent sticking.
