How To Cook?

Clean and wash the fish pieces, then rub them with salt and set aside for five minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, carom seeds, besan flour, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder.

Mix well and coat the fish pieces in this marinade. allow the fish to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat sunflower oil in a skillet over medium heat. place the marinated fish pieces on the skillet and cook until they turn crispy and red. flip the fish pieces and cook until fully cooked.

For the cashew gravy, soak cashew nuts in water, then grind them to a smooth paste with a little water.
