To start preparing the wholesome oat & mung bean crepes, soak the green moong dal in water for about 3 hours.
After soaking, drain the water and place the green moong dal in a blender along with ginger and green chillies.
Blend the mixture into a smooth paste. the consistency should be slightly thicker than regular dosa batter.
Transfer the green moong dal batter to a large bowl and add the oats flour to it. add salt to taste and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Heat a skillet or dosa pan and lightly grease the surface with a little oil.
