In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, yogurt, and turmeric powder. gradually add water to make a medium-thick batter. ensure there are no lumps.

Allow the batter to rest for 3-4 hours or use it instantly.
Now, add all the vegetables (onions, carrot, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, french beans, green chilies, spring onions, coriander leaves) to the batter and mix well. adjust the quantity of green chilies according to your preferred level of spiciness. feel free to add any other veggies of your choice.
While adding the vegetables, the batter may thicken slightly, so add water as required to maintain a medium-thick consistency.
