To prepare the eggless nutella strawberry crepes, take a deep bowl and mix the refined wheat flour, low-fat milk, water, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted unsalted butter.
Use a whisk to remove any lumps and beat the ingredients until you get a smooth batter.
Place a crepe pan over medium heat, and pour the batter in the center of the pan. tilt the pan in a circular motion to ensure that the batter coats evenly on the surface.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes or until it turns light brown.
Carefully lift the edge of the crepe to check if it is cooked. once done, flip the crepe and cook the other side for another minute until it's fully cooked.
