To start making spiced jowar bhakri with peanut chutney, create the flour mixture.
Grind the jowar, urad dal, and 1 teaspoon of salt into a fine powder. you can use a flour mill for this.
For the bhakri, take approximately 2 cups of the prepared flour mixture.
Add water gradually and knead until you have a stiff and pliable dough ball.
Divide the dough into 4-5 equal portions and roll them into balls.
