In a food processor or mixer, combine rolled oats, whole wheat flour, and cocoa powder. pulse the mixture until the oats are coarsely ground.
Add honey and unsalted butter (or coconut oil) to the mixture. pulse again until everything is well combined and resembles wet sand.
Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and along the sides of a 9-inch round tart tin.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until it turns golden and firm.
