Preheat the oven to 180Êû≥c (356Êû≥f). prepare a springform pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper and greasing the sides.

Melt 100g of unsalted butter and add it to the biscuit crumbs. mix well until the crumbs are coated with butter.

To make the chocolate sauce, use the double boiler method. in a heatproof bowl, place 450g of dark chocolate and 50g of unsalted butter.
