In a large mixing bowl, take 1_ cups of wheat flour and 2 tablespoons of semolina.
Add 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds, _ teaspoon of cardamom powder, and 3 tablespoons of dry coconut. mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Add 3 tablespoons of ghee to the mixture. crumble and mix well until the dough holds its shape.
Prepare sugar water by heating _ cup of sugar in _ cup of water. stir well until the sugar completely dissolves. allow the sugar water to cool completely.
Pour the cooled sugar water over the flour mixture gradually while kneading the dough. add sugar water as required to achieve a smooth and tight dough.
