To prepare the chocolate chip and honey whole wheat cookies, start by combining whole wheat flour, caster sugar, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add softened unsalted butter to the dry ingredients and knead to form a smooth dough. avoid adding water.
Once the dough is ready, place the mixing bowl inside the refrigerator and let it chill for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take out the dough and divide it into 8 small portions. shape each portion into a ball and then flatten them slightly to form cookies.
Place chocolate chips on top of each cookie and gently press them into the dough.
