How To Cook?

To prepare mushroom fenugreek brown rice, rinse the brown rice twice and soak it in water for about 30 minutes.

Drain the rice and add 2-1/2 cups of clean water to the soaked rice in a pressure cooker.

Pressure cook the rice for 2 whistles.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat sunflower oil.
