Preheat the oven to 350‚∞f (175‚∞c). grease a baking dish with extra virgin olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat dalia, mixed herbs, salt, and 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. mix well.
In a food processor, blend the tuna chunks, garlic cloves, onion, and red bell pepper until well combined.
Add the blended mixture to the mixing bowl along with oregano, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, and salt. mix everything thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and almond flour together. add black pepper powder and salt. mix until a smooth batter forms.
