In a mixing bowl, combine besan flour, curd, pomegranate juice, red chilli powder, and salt. mix well to form a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a non-stick pan and cook over low heat, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. cook until the batter thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing mixture by mixing cottage cheese, grated fresh coconut, sugar, chopped green chilli, and chopped coriander leaves.
Once the besan batter is cooked, spread the stuffing mixture evenly over it.
Carefully roll the mixture to form a tight cylindrical roll. allow it to cool for a few minutes.
