In a mixing bowl, combine the sorghum (jowar) flour, wheat flour, and fenugreek leaves.
In a separate small bowl, add the active dry yeast, sugar, and lukewarm water. let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast becomes frothy.
Add the activated yeast mixture to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl.
Next, add curd and salt to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well to form a soft dough. knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
