In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, sugar, and active dry yeast.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the chopped fenugreek leaves, garlic, yogurt, and a little lukewarm water at a time to form a smooth dough.
Knead the dough for about 3 to 4 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. drizzle a little oil on top of the dough and knead again.
Cover the dough with a lid or kitchen towel and allow it to rise at room temperature for at least 2 hours until it doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 250‚∞c (482‚∞f) for about 20 minutes.
