Add greek yogurt and lukewarm water gradually while kneading to create a smooth and elastic dough.
Knead the dough for approximately 4 to 5 minutes until it achieves a consistent texture, which will enhance its final cooked result.
Cover the dough and allow it to rest in a warm location for a minimum of 2 hours until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has doubled in size, gently punch it down and knead it for a couple of minutes more.
