In a bowl, combine the chicken, onions, ginger, coriander leaves, and butter. mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
Use your hands to thoroughly blend the ingredients. add salt according to taste and let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the dough by mixing whole wheat flour (atta), a pinch of salt, oil, and water. knead lightly to form a firm dough. set it aside.
Take small portions of the dough and roll them into small circular discs, similar to small pooris.
Place a spoonful of the prepared chicken filling in the center of each dough disc. use a mold to shape the momos or gather all the edges together and pinch them to form dumplings.
