How To Cook?

1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, brown sugar, and chia seeds. cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.

2

Preheat the oven to 325ÔøΩf (165ÔøΩc). in a separate mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, olive oil, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground allspice, and salt. mix everything together until well coated.

3

Spread the oat mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even toasting. once golden brown and fragrant, remove the granola from the oven and let it cool.

4

Peel and dice the ripe mango.

5

In a blender, combine the diced mango, honey, and greek yogurt. blend until smooth and creamy.
