Prepping the tofu: start by heating a nonstick pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Coating the tofu: season the potato starch with a pinch of salt and coat the tofu evenly with it. place the coated tofu on the preheated pan.
Crisping the tofu: toast the tofu until it achieves a beautiful golden brown color on both sides. once done, set it aside.
SautËúÖing aromatics: in another saucepan, sautËúÖ the minced ginger until fragrant. follow by adding the shredded napa cabbage and sautËúÖ until it's lightly caramelized.
Seasoning the cabbage: season the sautËúÖed cabbage with a touch of salt and black pepper to enhance the flavors.
