Start by grinding the dates in a food processor until they form a smooth dough-like consistency with no lumps.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground dates, cocoa powder, soy granules, instant oats, almonds, flax seeds, vanilla custard powder, and honey. mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Take portions of the date mixture and shape them into lemon-sized balls, approximately 50 grams each.

Grease a cookie cutter and place it on a flat surface. press the date mixture evenly into the cutter to create a compact bar. lift the cutter gently to release the date brownie bar.

Repeat the process with the remaining date mixture.
