In a pan, dry roast the sesame seeds on low flame for 3-4 minutes. set them aside in a bowl.
Chop the almonds, cashew nuts, and walnuts. keep them aside.
Grind the roasted sesame seeds coarsely, doing it in small batches. set it aside.
Heat ghee in a pan and add the chopped nuts. mix well and saute for 1 minute on medium flame.
Add the sesame seeds to the pan. mix well and saute for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
