How To Cook?

Clean, wash, and soak black beans, black gram dal, and red kidney beans in sufficient water for at least 6 hours.

Drain the soaked dals and transfer them to a pressure cooker. add 4 cups of water and cook the dals on high heat until 4 whistles. then, simmer for around 30 minutes on low heat. set aside the cooked dals.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. stir-fry the onions until they turn golden brown and translucent.

Add garlic and green chillies to the onions, and continue stir-frying for another 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle red chilli powder and cumin powder over the stir-fried onions, and cook for a minute.
