How To Cook?

To make high protein horse gram dosa, clean and wash the rice, horse gram, and fenugreek seeds. soak them together in water for 5 hours.

Grind the soaked rice, horse gram, and fenugreek seeds with a little water until you get a thick batter. add salt and water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.

Heat a dosa tawa or griddle on medium heat. grease it lightly with oil.

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the tawa and spread it evenly to form a thin dosa.

Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook the dosa until it turns golden and crispy on both sides.
