To create the high-protein fingers, begin by preparing the protein mixture. in a mixing bowl, combine the finely grated cottage cheese, cooked and shredded boneless chicken breast, and diced tofu.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. add the finely chopped garlic and saute until fragrant.
Add the protein mixture to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Sprinkle cumin powder, salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and sage over the mixture. stir well to evenly distribute the spices.
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and continue to cook for a few more minutes until the protein mixture is well combined and slightly cooked.
