To prepare the cheesy garlic veggie pizza, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add sugar to it. let it sit for 15 minutes until it becomes frothy.
In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, minced garlic, and oregano. slowly add the required water and knead to form a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, add the activated yeast and olive oil to the dough and knead for an additional 2 minutes.
Allow the dough to ferment for 3 to 4 hours. cover the bowl and place it in a warm spot.
