To prepare punjabi style methi boondi kadhi, combine curd, besan flour, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a bowl.

Add 500 ml water and whisk well to ensure no lumps are formed.

Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add cloves, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds. saute for a minute.

Then, add asafoetida, chopped ginger, and red chillies. mix and saute for about a minute.

Add the soaked methi seeds and stir for a few minutes.
