Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Fill a saucepan with water and place a heatproof glass bowl over it. add peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil to the glass bowl.
Gently stir the mixture over low heat until it becomes smooth. remove the glass bowl from the saucepan.
Add rolled oats, ground flaxseed, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon powder, and salt to the peanut butter mixture.
Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. the mixture may appear lumpy and dry initially, but continue stirring until well incorporated.
