Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
In a blender or food processor, pulse the oats until they reach a flour-like texture. transfer the ground oats to a mixing bowl and add the cinnamon and chocolate whey protein powder. mix well.
In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas. add the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, and egg whites to the oat mixture. stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Gradually add the skim milk to the mixture, stirring until you achieve a smooth batter consistency.
Grease a 9x9 or 9x13 baking pan, or line it with parchment paper. pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
