In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. microwave the mixture for 20 seconds, then stir. repeat this process until the peanut butter and honey are softened and well mixed.
Add the whey protein powder and oats to the bowl, and mix everything together until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9 or 9x13 pan. you can lightly grease the pan or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it chill for about an hour, or until the mixture is firm and set.
Once chilled, remove the pan from the refrigerator and cut the mixture into desired square-shaped bars.
