In a large bowl, combine the instant oatmeal, blueberries, vanilla protein powder, chopped almonds, and cinnamon. mix well.
In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas and add the egg whites and vanilla extract. stir until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
Scoop the mixture into a 9x9 baking dish and spread it evenly.
