In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk powder, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, and cardamom powder.

Add the fresh cream and mix well until the ingredients come together to form a dough-like consistency. the mixture may be slightly sticky due to the sweetness from the milk powder.

Grease your fingers with ghee and shape the gulab jamun dough into small balls, slightly larger than indian gooseberries (amla).
