To prepare the doddapatre yogurt dip, start by washing the doddapatre leaves thoroughly and patting them dry using kitchen towels.
Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a kadai and add the washed doddapatre leaves.
Gently saut„© the leaves on medium heat until they change color and release their moisture.
Continue saut„©ing until the leaves are reduced to half their quantity and most of the water has evaporated.
Remove the saut„©ed leaves from the kadai and transfer them to a mixer jar.
