To create the delightful cumin-infused wheat biscuits, begin by preheating your oven to 180Êû≥c.
In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and cumin seeds.
Add the chopped unsalted butter to the mixture and combine until you achieve a crumb-like texture. you may use a food processor for this step.
Once the crumb-like texture is achieved, gradually knead the mixture into a medium-soft dough by adding lukewarm water. cover the dough with a wrap or lid and set it aside for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll each portion to a thickness of approximately 4-5 mm.
