How To Cook?

1

To make the strawberry banana citrus sorbet, start by freezing the ripe robusta bananas and fresh strawberries until they are firm.

2

Once the fruits are frozen, blend them together with freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar until you get a smooth and creamy puree. taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness as per your preference.

3

If you have an ice cream maker, process the strawberry and banana mixture in it following the manufacturer's instructions to churn it into sorbet.

4

In case you don't have an ice cream maker, transfer the sorbet mixture into a shallow freezer-proof glass container. place it in the freezer and stir the mixture every hour until it sets, which will take about 10 hours.

5

Once the sorbet is completely frozen, you can store it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 days.
