Once you notice the aromatic transformation, turn off the heat and let the roasted spices cool to room temperature.
Transfer the cooled spices to a grinder or mixer jar, and then add the himalayan black salt, amchur (dry mango) powder, as well as the asafoetida. adjust the quantity of salt according to your preference.
