To prepare the thandai shahi tukda, start by cutting the bread slices into round shapes using a cookie cutter.

Heat pure ghee in a wide pan and shallow fry the bread pieces until they turn light brown and crispy.

Drain the fried bread slices on an absorbent paper towel.

In a small pan, combine sugar and water and let it boil for about 4-5 minutes to make one-string chasni (syrup). set it aside.

In another heavy-bottomed pan, heat the milk and bring it to a boil. add sweetened condensed milk and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously.
