To prepare the spiced black pepper tea, gather all the required ingredients.
In a saucepan, add crushed black pepper and sliced ginger (if using) to the water and bring it to a boil over medium heat. allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
Once the water is reduced to approximately 2 cups, strain it and pour into serving cups.
Add honey and lemon juice to each serving cup according to your taste preferences.
Stir well to blend the flavors and enjoy the warm and invigorating spiced black pepper tea.
