Start by preparing the rasgulla custard delight. drain the sugar syrup from the rasgullas and keep it aside. take 4 tablespoons of this syrup and set it aside for later use.
In a saucepan, heat 500 ml of milk on medium heat until it comes to a boil.
While the milk is heating, take 2 tablespoons of custard powder in a small bowl and add a little cold milk to it. mix well to form a smooth paste.
Once the milk in the saucepan starts boiling, lower the heat and add the custard paste to the milk, stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.
Keep stirring the milk custard mixture until it thickens to a custard-like consistency.
