To prepare the healthy whole wheat poee, start by combining whole wheat flour, wheat bran, active dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. mix well to ensure all the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
Gradually add water to the dry mixture and knead it into a soft dough. the dough should be smooth and elastic.
Apply a little oil on the surface of the dough to prevent it from drying out. cover the bowl with a damp cloth and set it aside in a warm place for about 2 hours, or until the dough doubles in size.
Once the dough has risen, knead it again to remove any air bubbles.
Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
