Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
Once cooked, drain the noodles using a colander and toss them with 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil to prevent sticking. set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped garlic to the hot oil and saute for a few seconds until it starts to change color.
Add the white part of the spring onion (chopped) and saute for 1-2 minutes, stirring often.
