Start by cleaning the chicken wings and patting them dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix together buttermilk, 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 0.5 teaspoon of paprika powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
Place the chicken wings in a large ziplock bag and pour the buttermilk mixture into the bag. seal it and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight if preparing for the next day.
When you're ready to cook, prepare the dry coating mixture. in a large bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 0.5 tablespoon of baking powder, 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, dried rosemary, and salt to taste. mix well.
In another medium bowl, beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt for dipping the chicken.
