To prepare the cinnamon infused mango jam, peel the mangoes and cut them into cubes. set aside.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and 1/2 cup of water to make a thin syrup.
Once the syrup starts boiling, add the mango cubes, saffron strands, and cinnamon powder.
Simmer the mixture on low heat until the mango pieces are cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mango jam cool down.
