To prepare the wood apple mint cooler, start by muddling the fresh mint leaves and set them aside.
Tap the wood apple (bael fruit) on the floor to break it open.
Scoop out the pulp from the fruit using a spoon or a scooper and place it in a large bowl.
Add a little water to the bowl and mash the pulp with your hands to separate the seeds.
Strain the liquid through a sieve, removing any seeds and fiber. repeat this process once more, adding more water if needed.
