To begin making the healthy oats almond truffles, soak the dates in warm water for a few minutes until they soften.
Drain the water from the dates and place them in a food processor.
Add almond meal, ground flax seeds, cocoa powder, nutrichoice oats almond & milk biscuits, and vanilla extract to the food processor.
Pulse the mixture until everything is well combined and forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
